Generally, weekday bank hours are from 10 am to 3 pm. 1st and 3rd Saturday are a full working day while 2nd & 4th Saturday are holidays. All banks are closed on public holidays. Most banks have multiple 24-hour banking machines (ATMs) in each area of the city that offer several services. Overseas visitors should check with their local banks to find out if they can gain access to their funds through these facilities. - Hairdressers − It is customary to leave a tip of 10 percent of the bill.
